We absolutely love our new cat exercise wheel and have to give a big shout-out to the excellent customer care I experienced. The assembly process was a breeze, even for someone like me who doesn't have much experience with this sort of thing. The only minor issue I encountered was that the instructions could have featured bigger and clearer pictures.
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care put into the packaging. Not only was everything well organized, but I also received a high-quality screwdriver, a set of work gloves, and plenty of extra screws. Although the pieces seemed a bit flimsy at first, once it was installed, the wheel proved to be quite sturdy. What's more, it operates quietly, which is a huge plus.
Now all that's left for me to do is to teach my rescued cats how to use it. The cat toy is a welcome bonus for this purpose! The fact that the wheel is designed to be gentle on their joints is much appreciated. I highly recommend this cat exercise wheel to all cat owners!
