The wheel itself is great, and no problem to put together with 2 people. A screw here or there were angled so the wood is poking out a bit where they went in, but it doesn't affect the functionality. It doesn't seem to produce a lot of noise and the wheels are completely hidden (no risk for curious paws to get hurt). Unfortunately the included cat toy was broken (handle cracked/snapped in half), which is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.
The bigger inconvenience is that my cat is not taking to the wheel at all. She doesn't get it. At first she was scared, now she mostly uses it as a chair at snack time. I'm trying to slowly get her to use it but at the rate these baby steps are going I feel like we're years away. Zoomies will continue across the furniture for the foreseeable future I guess.
