At the end of the promotional video, the ice cream looked very wet and heavy and unable to hold it's shape. Is that how the ice cream would always look? Or can the proportion of ingredients be modified so that the ice cream is more firm?
To make ice cream, you need commercial ice cream powder and milk. The ratio of powder to water/milk is 1:3. You can increase the hardness to make the ice cream firmer.
