1. Arrived on time and in good condition. 2. Came with \"tools\" to put the small wheels on. They're actually functional tools. Not professional but actually work. 3. Came with extra nuts and bolts. This is always a big kudo from me. 4. Fairly easy to install the little wheels. Required a little arm wrestling but manageable. 5. The dolly works on flat surfaces and on stairs smoothly. 6. This is NOT going to make taking stuff up and down stairs EASY. It is definitely easier than using a regular dolly on stairs. It still requires enough leg and arm strength to pull it up or keep it from careening down the stairs. But it's much better on stairs than my regular dolly. 7. I would recommend not overloading it and strapping things down. It comes with nice bungee cords but they'll only do so much. 8. Folds up nicely. A bit stiff to get the platform down but not a big deal. Overall: I'm pleased. I'm a nearly 70 woman (perhaps a bit stronger than most) and carrying much down / up stairs is not without concerns. I'm pretty sure I don't bounce.. just break. This made me feel more secure when taking shelving units (packaged) to the cellar.
