Oala este mare și tabla de oțel inoxidabil este groasă. Din păcate nu mergea la plita vu inductie asa ca a trebuit să folosesc o placă intermediară adaptoare. E un mic inconvenient dar pentru mine nu e o problemă pentru că am folosit un aparat de sudură cu punct pentru baterii si banda de nichel ca sa sudez placa adaptoare de fundul oalei. La fel am lipit plasa de inox ca sa am o sita mai fină. Acum e perfectă!

I mostly use the kettle for heating sparge water when brewing beer, and it does exactly what a kettle should do, without any drama. It’s solid, dependable, and no-nonsense. The handles feel sturdy and secure, and the lid? Well, it does what a lid should do. No complaints there. If I had one wish granted, it’d be a small upgrade for brewing nerds like me: a lid with a hole big enough to slip a thermometer like a ThermoPro 511 or similar through. That would take it from great kettle to brewer’s best friend.
