Very nice waited vest. Came with all weights inside vest just needed to remove to get to the starting weight of 11lbs and then I’ll work my way up. Feels nice quality. Snaps together on the sides and has straps to tighten to fit more comfortably to fit your body size. Good value for money. Excited to use this vest more and more.

Very pleased with this, it’s great value, a lot cheaper than any others I’ve seen which is great because I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I’ve used it a couple of times while walking and it works well. The weights are easy to remove so I’ve taken all the removal ones out and I’ve been using it at its lightest weight of 5kg. I love the fact that I get more out of my walks without having to march!

Not sure what other reviews were talking about but this vest absolutely includes the weights to take it to 20lbs. Fits comfortably on my 5'2\" frame with a non flat chest. Started with a 7.5km walk with just theb10 pound vest. Didn't feel the weight on my shoulders or breathing but did notice I slowed down a bit. But the 6th km my calves were on fire. It really works the leg muscles almost secretly. Looking forward to working my ypnthe weight.

Workout value: Just what I was looking for!  Upgraded from a 10 lb vest for my weighted walks.  This vest is comfortable and you can easily remove the additional weights or add them back. Bin currently walking with 20 lb but will gradually work my way up to 32 lbs.  Comfortable on shoulders also!
