I purchased this little welding machine and was initially skeptical. The price was low, and it had only basic functions. It features TIG with proper high-frequency start and gas delay.
As a former welder in the '80s, I was used to KEMPPI TIG machines, which had many functions for controlling heat input. The TIG-200C, however, includes only the essentials for welding. I haven’t used the ARC function yet.
The TIG torch is light and flexible. I used a 1.6mm RED tungsten electrode. I was disappointed that a 2.4mm tungsten clamp was not included. The goggles that came with the machine offer basic eye protection but not much more.
I tested the welder on 1.2mm steel and a 30mm diameter pipe with 2mm wall thickness. The machine works great! I’m impressed by its size, its simplicity, and how well it welds. For what it is, it performs exceptionally well, and I can use it for all the tasks I can imagine.
What am I missing? A set of consumables:
5 carbon steel TIG rods
5 super duplex TIG rods
5 basic carbon steel electrodes
1.6mm tungsten electrode with clamp
2.4mm tungsten electrode with clamp
I think it would be a good business case to offer consumables, safety masks, and welding gloves for TIG and ARC as optional accessories.
However, I am super happy with the welding machine and its performance!

I have acquired the Vevor TIG-200C, a 200 A TIG/MMA ARC 2 in-1 welding machine HF IGBT DC inverter welding machine on January 30, 2025. I have now familiarized myself with the machine and even done a bit of welding with TIG functions. I find the device completely learnable in terms of use, as the user manual is similarly inadequate, as is common with Chinese devices. The machine works reasonably well, except for the storage of adjustment values, as the adjustment knob should, according to the manual, be lockable by pressing the button down for 5 seconds to lock the set values, for example, the start and stop points and everything in between. However, the button does not move in or out even a millimeter, so the value settings do not work, but perhaps someone could send a new functional adjustment and lock button, and I could get back to TIG welding. The machine is worth its price otherwise, as it operates like a Buick car.

Optimal machine quality price. Excellent for welding stainless steel with the Tig process. Reasonable torches for the price. Acquiring a gas lens kit gives an even better finish to the weld.

Nice peace of equipment. Have just tried it with stainless steel, and that was ok. There was, however one thing that was not ok. There is a large power surge the moment you switch the machine on (or plug in the socket , if the machine is "on".) The power surge made the 16Amp fuse to blow, so I had to install a surge suppressor (NTC thermistor) on the power line inside the chasssis. After that all is working flawlessly.

Good for the price, but i was a bit dissapointed with the TIG welder hose / trigger. The trigger is literally fastened with a cable tie, and it looks pretty bad. It works though, so no complaints there.
Be aware that when TIG welding the hose for the gas outlet with the trigger can get REALLY hot.
