I am very disappointed with this product. The product description clearly stated that the plotter is equipped with a touchscreen, which was the main reason I chose this model. I deliberately selected it even though it was about €180 more expensive than the second most expensive model, which was stated not to have a touchscreen. After receiving the product, I found out that the plotter does not have a touchscreen at all, but only a small monochrome standard display. This does not match the description on your website in any way. I feel misled, as my purchase decision was based on incorrect information. In addition, the list of included accessories stated that an A3 cutting mat was included, but it was missing from the package. I am attaching photos below as proof to support my claims. I expect a clear explanation and an appropriate solution, as such discrepancies between the product description and the actual delivered item are unacceptable.
