About this item
CW-5202 Industrial Chiller: Our industrial chiller is equipped with a 48W high-power water pump, achieving a maximum flow rate of 18L/min, designed to cool CO₂ laser tubes during operation efficiently. It ensures optimal performance of the laser system and extends the life of the laser tubes, cooling two sets of laser tubes up to 180W each
1.45kW Cooling Capacity: Our industrial water chiller is equipped with a compressor that uses the standard R134a refrigerant, quickly reducing temperatures to your preset levels. It delivers a fast and effective cooling solution, ensuring that your laser cutting and engraving machines stay cool throughout their operation. Keep your equipment at the perfect temperature for optimal functionality.
Longer-Lasting Cooling Effect: Featuring a large 7L water tank, our industrial water chiller allows heat to dissipate across a greater volume of water, offering a more sustained cooling effect. The clear observation window keeps you informed about when it's time to refill water. Say goodbye to constant check-ups and hello to continuous, seamless cooling.
Instant Water Temperature Display: Experience real-time precision with our industrial chiller, equipped with an accurate temperature monitor that displays current water temperatures directly on the screen. Enhanced with 2 status indicator lights, ensuring you can precisely monitor the operational status of your industrial chiller. Stay informed and in control with real-time updates for peak performance!
Multiple Alarm Functions: Our professional laser chiller enables continuous monitoring with internal sensors, indicator lights, and built-in alarms. It is equipped with multiple alarm functions, including flow alarm, over temperature alarm, and water pump failure alarm, allowing you to focus on your work with peace of mind, knowing that your cooling system is fully safeguarded against potential issues.

Our CW-5202 industrial chiller features a built-in compressor for machinery requiring compact water cooling solutions. With a 7L water tank and built-in cooling fan for superior ventilation, it is ideal for 2 sets of CO₂ laser engraving machines with laser tubes rated up to 180W.
Equipped with a powerful water pump, our industrial chiller guarantees that water flows at the perfect speed to swiftly dissipate heat from your laser tubes, resulting in highly efficient cooling performance.
Our industrial water chiller is equipped with visual water level, allowing you to directly monitor the water level in the tank, making it effortless to determine when a water refill is needed. It maintains optimal cooling efficiency and avoiding any heat dissipation issues caused by low water levels.
The overcurrent protection automatically cuts off the power if the current exceeds secure thresholds. The flow alarm actively monitors the water flow to remain within the preset normal range. The overtemperature alarm continuously tracks the temperature, avoiding potential damage from overheating.
Our water chiller comes with 4 sealing hoops and a Teflon tape, designed to reinforce the seals at connection points, ensuring stability and give you an extra layer of security, keeping your setup leak-free and functioning flawlessly.
Does this product support using ethylene glycol instead of water? I'm looking for cooling with -10C. Does the unit support negative temperatures at all?
