Excellent device. It works best when you first boil the water in a kettle, which removes the toxic substances that boil below 100°C from the process. I connected a timer to the device because it leaves too little water in the jug; about 1 dl more waste water should be left. The device is optimized for restaurant use, but distilled water is cleaner than the distilled water sold in plastic or glass bottles in stores. If you want really good coffee and tea, this is a great purchase. Similarly, if you want to get rid of small plastic particles, this is a great investment in health. For some reason, the taste of the brews also improves; the reason might be the pure water. A fine aspect is the device's electricity consumption. It is about 0.7 kWh/liter, which is about €0.2/liter if you use the EU/USA electricity price as a basis for calculation. A good tip is to turn the device on overnight in the bedroom; this way, it warms the room air, and at night in Finland, the electricity price is about €0.00-0.05. Thus, the price per liter becomes almost nothing, and all the heat is utilized.

I purchased the unit because I needed to use distilled water for cosmetics manufacturing. This is effective, cheap, and probably one of the few methods easily available. Easy to set up, easy to use, and not loud. Totally worth the money. Thanks for a great water distiller!

It works! Faster than expected

It's very reliable, not very loud, and it takes about 31/2 hours to fill the glass carafe. The water has no taste to it. Im really impressed with this distiller. The cost was great also. It's very easy to use and clean. It's not really heave and I like the design of it.

This is very useful, it makes super good and healthy water. I drank it at someone else's place and then I got one for myself. It is the best and makes life easier, and it is also healthier water, better than buying expensive bottled water from the store, which also has high prices.

It is working well, love it, only problem is the pot, when I pour the water out,the spout is not big enough, or simmetrical, because the water runs on the side of the pot, spilling the (expensive) liquid. I have to get a different tipe of pot, that won't be easy, since it is 4 liter big.
