Has been in use for about 1 year now. Just as good as expensive competitors. Easy to clean.

The problem is the small sand grains that move in the municipal tap water, which this filter can indeed remove; however, a slightly coarser sieve would suffice.

A truly easy-to-install and super-efficient filter of really good quality. It delivers on its promises, and the backwashing function along with the scraping mechanism feels solid.

It’s a good filter and works well on my well water I would like to see spare elements available because, while it does stop large particles and allows for the element to be “scraped” clean, the element does still clog and get to the stage where it stops flow as a result. Cleaning the element of this engrained debris takes a bit of effort and it would be good to have a spare to pop in while doing this.

Bad purchase! Easy to install, has worked well for a while, but the microwave filter broke after a short time and there are no spare parts available.

Unfortunately, the product could not arrive. I received an email on 13.01 that the package could not be delivered. 16:20, which is DPD's closing time. However, I read the email on Friday evening after their schedule. On Monday I tried to contact DPD on the phone number they gave in the email. They did not answer - all the operators were busy even though I called continuously for 27 minutes. I sent an email. The next day I contacted them on another phone number and after about 5 minutes they answered. The package was being sent back to Vevor. I told them that I had sent them an email the day before. However, they said that the package was being sent back, although they said that until the date I spoke on the phone the package was being held at DPD headquarters. The address was not wrong, but it was at a looker point, I wanted to pick up the package when I could. I was right, for example, DPD is only open until 16:30. The package was sent back, maybe they will give me my money back. I paid for the package in advance.
