These chains were an excellent addition to my home gym, wanted to add resistance to exercises such as chins , dips etc, which there perfect for. Also they come with collars to attach to your barbell . Very pleased with them

Lifting chains
Ya I really like these chains. Can be separated to if you want to make them lighter allowing you to add weight more incrementally.. Build to last probably your whole lifting career.. The price is very fair compared to others on the market and are hard to find elsewhere.. Delivery was very quick to.. Would definitely buy more if they come heavier in the future

Irish Escape Artist.
The chains are pretty good. I am an escape artists assistant. They were wrapped around him and then he was sealed in a large steel drum. With a great big crowd watching Mr Oflahrity was then lowered into the dock from Seaforth Container Terminal.The cable was released so that he could only escape by swimming to the surface. The bubbles stopped about two hours ago. We are waiting patiently. Still no sign of him. Merseyside Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance Service are in attendance.I am being interviewed by the Press.A video will be posted to YouTube shortly.Excellent chains.Top quality.And I know they will not go rusty down there.Buy them.

Die beiden Ketten wurden früher als terminert und hervorragend verpackt geliefert.Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass neben den Ketten mit Hantelringen, sowohl ein Karabinerhaken als auch eine Schraube für den Ring als Ersatzteil beigelegt sind.Ein Punkt Abzug erfolgte weil die Ketten (inkl Hantelring) etwa 10 % unter dem angegebenen Gewicht liegen. Je Kette mit Ring "nur" 14,2 statt 16 kg. Für mich als Anfänger aber soweit in Ordnung.
