It uses double copper nuts to clear round trip errors.
  • Excellent Motor: This CNC engraving machine is equipped with three stepper motors(1.3A; 12V; 0.25 Nm torque) and 775 DC(12-24V) 24V spindle motors with a rotational speed of 10000 r/min. And the engraver supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux, macOS system, and other software to directly import JPG, BMP, PNG, DXF format files for engraving.
  • Upgraded Control Board: The integrated GRBL control features full functionality and stability. And the advantages of the offline controller lies in the following ones: 1. No need to connect to the computer; 2. Arbitrary selection of offline files for engraving. 3. I can see the Positioning Accuracy is quite sufficient: 0.003"-0.004" / 0.08-0.1 mm. However, is operating accuracy is the same? Will I be able to engrave/drill 2mm wide letters on a 1mm thick copper sheet? More than one pass is quite alright for me, I am just wondering if I can go through 1mm thick copper in a small space.

A good machine just a little fiddly to put together. The machine it's self is easy to use once set up and the programme is also easy to use. I am not so keen on the cutting it can take a few attempts to get the settings correct to achieve a clean cut

VEVOR CNC 3018 Pro with 2500mW laser
A good price and fast delivery. For small tasks it is very good. The laser module is very weak and the focus, being adjustable, is quite difficult to adjust. However, I also had successful attempts. The assembly is quite simple, especially if you watch the tutorials on YouTube. Pay attention to the Z axis, it must be adjusted. It should be noted that the electronic part also includes the motor drivers that are mounted directly on the motherboard and therefore cannot be replaced in case of need. CNC 3018 pro from Vevor comes with several accessories: a dust brush; protective eyewear; some milling bits; offline controller; fixing clips and a 24V/5A power supply, these being a good start. I also made a small upgrade to it. I added a cable management and a motor connector.
