






The VEVOR articulating borescope camera with light has a probe tip that can bend 180° in either direction from the cable axis. This lets the camera inspect straight ahead, around corners, or at various viewing angles inside confined spaces. The handheld unit controls this two-way movement, allowing the operator to move around internal bends and point the lens at specific points of interest inside the inspection cavity. This design allows inspection angles that are difficult to achieve with a fixed, non-articulating probe.

The 4.3-inch IPS display shows the camera feed at a resolution of 1280x720 HD. The color accuracy and viewing angle uniformity that IPS panel technology provides are the same across the whole screen. With five zoom levels, 1x, 2x, 4x, 6x, and 8x, the user can go from seeing a large part of the inspection area to getting a very close look at a specific defect or measurement point without moving the probe. The 8x maximum zoom level lets you look at small surface details like crack propagation lines, pitting depth, seal degradation, and deposit thickness right on the 4.3-inch screen, allowing closer inspection directly on the built-in display.
A probe tip with eight LED lights arranged around the lens aperture lights up the inspection area from multiple directions at the same time. This keeps shadows from internal surface features from hiding flaws when lighting comes from only one spot. The three-level brightness adjustment lets the operator lower the LED output in metal cavities that reflect light, where full brightness washes out surface detail, and raise it in heavily contaminated or deeply recessed areas that need the most light to show what is going on underneath.
Overheat protection constantly checks the lens temperature and sounds an audible warning when the probe tip gets to 85°C. This lets the operator know before long-term heat damage happens to the lens module or cable tip. This safety feature is important for checking engines that have just been used or industrial machinery that is still in use, since residual heat in the inspection cavity can raise the probe's temperature without any obvious signs, prompting the operator to allow the probe to cool before continued use.
Its 1.5 m semi-rigid snake cable maintains its shape during insertion, helping transmit push force to the articulating probe tip while reducing buckling. This means the probe tip stays in the same direction as the operator moves it throughout the inspection run.
