Wou?ld this product be suitable for cutting polyurethane insulating foam such as Kingspan, thermawrap etc? Thanks
It is not clear what the density of the material you are referring to is. This machine can only cut low density foams and cannot be used for high density materials.

Can this cut XPS foam?
Your material has a high density, so it can't be cut. We can only cut low-density foam.

What is the maximum thickness wire thyat can be used in this machine?
If it is the maximum cutting thickness of the machine, it is about 250mm. If it is the thickness of the heating wire, it is 0.3mm for nickel-chromium heating wire.
