Does the spraying paint pot need thinner in order to work? I have bought 1.5mm and 4mm sprayer.
Paint characteristics: 1.5mm corresponds to low-viscosity fluids (good flowability). Slight dilution achieves excellent flowability, saving paint; 4.0mm corresponds to high-viscosity fluids (containing particles or extremely viscous). When mixing paint, it is recommended to use a dedicated viscosity cup (such as a Ford cup 4) after dilution, which is more accurate than simply looking at the ratio. Pay attention to air pressure matching during spraying: 1.5mm commonly uses 2.0-3.0 bar, while 4.0m

1.5mm is for topcoat/detail spraying (such as automotive topcoat, furniture, and high-end accessories). Small nozzle diameter, low paint output, extremely fine atomization, aiming for a mirror-like effect; 4.0mm is for coarse-textured paints/thick-paste materials (such as stone paint, interior wall relief, and coarse-grained materials).
