Maintien au chaud: avec 2 bougies par chauffe plat , malgré l’eau du bain marie bouillante au début la tempéra de la nourriture est un peu faible au bout d’une heure trente.il faut je pense 3 ou 4 bougie par chaufffe plat donc autant de porte combustible
Nettoyage après usage:: ok mais long il faut des très grand bac pour nettoyer, impossible à faire dans un évier de cuisine traditionnel de particulier.
Solidité: l’inox étant assez fin il faut faire relativement attention pour ne pas tordre ou abîmer la tôle.; l’usage par des enfants est à déconseiller.
Attention également : les bord des plats peuvent s’avérer coupants tôle très fine et finition du bord moyenne
Le système pour maintenir le couvercle ouvert n’est pas bon et les couvercles risquent de se détériorer s’il n’est pas adosser à un support quand il est ouvert
Sinon bon produit qui peut servir plusieurs fois pur un usage de particulier tout en restant visuellement très propre
Suis très satisfait de ces chauffe-plats, reçu pour le 1er janvier, franchement: idéal. Ils ont gardé la chaleur des plat du traiteur de 9 h à 13 h 30.
Pour le prix et pour une utilisation occasionnelle, c'est parfait.
Ca n'a rien a voir avec la robustesse des chauffe plats pro mais pour des particuliers ou pro qui l'utilise à l'occasion, c'est imbattable
