Dobrý den, s takovým zvětšením a popisem jsem čekala, že budu moci sledovat krev z kapky krve detailně, ale nelze. Dělám někde chybu nebo je potřeba něco dokoupit, abych viděla krev(krvinky) v pohybu? A 2.otázka, jestli lze k tomuto modelu zakoupit kameru. Děkuji za odpověď
Dobrý den, doporučuji zkusit se podívat na čerstvou krev (čerstvá krev je aktivnější) pod čočkou objektivu 10x (ne 40x/100x) Použijte tenkou vrstvu krve, ne příliš silnou, aby byly vidět malé částice. Nejprve nařeďte čerstvou krev fyziologickým roztokem a poté odeberte kapku zředěné krve k pozorování. Displej nebo elektronický okulár je třeba zakoupit samostatně a k dispozici je rozhraní C-mount.
