I would like to ask when working with this press. The press heats up to the desired temperature, I put the mugs in and the temperature drops by maybe 30 degrees. It then heats up to the desired temperature again and then counts down the time. Is this how it's supposed to be? The sublimation mug is then in the press for a longer time. Or what about it?

Hello, this is a normal phenomenon when using the product. The cup is cold and it takes a certain amount of time to return to the set temperature after being put in, just like adding cold water to 100° boiling water. Depending on the type of cup, it is recommended to set the time between 60-120 seconds.
