Great medium duty lift cart
Solidly built hydraulic scissor lift cart functions easily. Foot lever pumps up the platform relatively fast. Hand lever on pipe handle lets it down slowly and smoothly. Haven't lift/lowered with max 500 lb load but it worked without surprises for supporting 100-150 lb kitchen built-in appliance for one person to elevate, hook up 110V power, and slide into cabinet. Some assembly required to attach pipe handle and foot lever that should come with a package of screws zip tied to the underside of the assembled cart. I added stacked rubber and plastic fender washers between the pipe handle and platform, to avoid immediately chaffing off the paint and rusting the platform from the getgo. Some of the tapped holes are rough but didn't strip the screw threads.

Great lift table
This is a great lift table. I had one castor wheel with bad bearings when it arrived. Bevor shipped a replacement from overseas. Replacement part took several weeks but was a perfect fit.
