Good quality workhorse, plenty of power, 12kg of venison sausage in 1 hour including cleaning up! Top choice for home use application and small company kitchens, for commercial I would choose a more powerful model with additional features.

The first impression was immediately ruined by the dented stainless steel casing of the grinder, even though it was properly packed. It was clear that the box had been opened before it was packed. The noise is fine, and the washers are nothing special; I will buy our quality ones.

A couple of issues with the first grinder received but a replacement was sent out within a couple of days and all is well. Very powerful and robust machine - I am very happy with this purchase. All dealings with customer support were excellent and issues were resolved promptly and professionally.
