The decision to order this machine over a cheaper 7x14 lathe, was its full metal gears that drive the leadscrew and its speed DRO.... I'm not disappointed and certainly think this was a great buy! The machine arrived earlier than expected and in a wooden crate (a nice touch I thought). Overall the build looks great, very sturdy and definitely heavy. Everything works as it should. The only noticeable things are the tail stock brake needs adjusting, the tailstock quill is a bit stiff and the machine is covered in what seems to be grit - all of which were easily solved. I’ve used the machine a few times now and am very happy with the results it yields. One thing to keep in mind though, is that this machine is not precision, but then it never claims to be. What it claims, it delivers.

Was impressed with delivery time, came in a plywood crate which was ok but contents were not secured so damage was made to the ways from the tail stock, would have like to have seen polystyrene and cable ties securing contents, but otherwise very happy.

I have had lathes an milling machines for years and just bought a mini lathe delivery was super quick and was well boxed in a wooden crate once opened and setup on a solid bench I checked over the lathe and I can say that I was so impressed with the quality of the lathe turned some brass and steel made a metric thread used the 4 jaw chuck and clocked the bed it was within a half a thou the chuck was a 10th of a thou wow fantastic piece of kit I'm thinking of putting dro on .

C'est un bon petit tour mais il faut des la r_eption tout d_ont pour tout nettoyer car il y a plein de poussi_es d'usinage des pi_es de fonderie un peut partoutToutes les pi_es demande _re ajust et les bavures sur les angles vif enlev a la main.Les verniers on du jeux (qui peut _re rattrap) et certaines tige filet_ demande _re redress, la poup_ mobile doit _re ajust en auteur et j'en passe.Bref je consid_e plut?t cela comme un petit tour en "kit" qu'un tour pr_ l'emploie,c'est une bonne petite machine si vous _es d_ bon bricoleur pour pouvoir remettre tout d'_uerre et le rendre agr_ble a l'usage.Avant la mise en service et vos premier copeaux de m_al il est n_essaire de d_ont le panneaux de derri_e qui abrite la carte _ectronique pour lui faire une isolation pour les _entuelles copeaux qui pourrais faire un cours circuit (j'ai eu le cas), surtout si vous _es amener le bouger.Une fois tout sa fait vous vous retrouver avec une petite machine vraiment sympa qui peut travailler m_e de l'inox avec de faible passe et tenir des c?tes au centi_e.Le mandrin 3 mors d'origine est assez bluffant de pr_ision pour une chinoiserie mais l'achat d'un 4 morts ind_endant est quand m_e indispensable pour des travaux de plus grande pr_ision.

Tr_ bon tour d _abli ! Tout est correctement ajust sans jeu. Veillez quand m_e graisser correctement et serrer les supports votre convenance.Attention la livraison, pour ma part beaucoup de coups et t?le froiss_ mais le service client du vendeur su y faire pour palier financi_ement ce probl_e.

Bevor damit gearbeitet werden kann muss einiges gemacht werden

Gute Maschine f_ das was die kostet.Auch das Drehen von Stahl ist m?glich wenn man etwas vorsichtig arbeitet.Jedoch bevor man damit arbeitet sollte man jede Schraube anziehen und auch einige Teile entgratten. Auch die Spannung des Zahnriemen muss kontrolliert werden.In der Beschreibung ist die Maschine mit 550 w angegeben jedoch hats sie nur 400 w was aber ausreichend ist. Die Lagerung der Spindel sollte durch Kegellager ersetzt werden welche die Qualit?t der Arbeit stark verbessert.
