The rail is great, the provided anchor bolts are junk.
The anchor bolts provided are not strong enough to securely hold the rail in concrete. I could easily pull the rail loose from concrete steps. I replaced the small, cheaply made anchors with better made anchor bolts. Now, the rail is sturdy and will not pull loose from concrete steps.

Decent but poor anchors
The railings is pretty sturdy bit the anchors that come with it are crap. Go get some real anchors for the install. Also, I ordered 2 of these and the 2nd kit was missing parts AND had also had 2 of the same posts. It's been a challenge communicating with the manufacturer to get replacement parts.

Missing Anchor bolt installation instructions.
Product is sturdy and well made, used for steps made from cement pavers. Instructions included for hand rail assembly only. No instruction is provided for anchor bolt attachment of rail to steps. Would need to know; hole/drill diameter, depth of hole and torque required on the nut. Otherwise I would have a given 5 star rating. Very simple style, a more fancy product is also available in wrought iron from the manufacture, VEVOR.

Quality hand rail that_ easy to I stall.
Quality handrail, that was easy to install. The instructions were a little sparse, but it is easy enough to figure out!!

If you need a light/medium duty rail - this should work.
I installed this on a set of wooden stairs and it didn't have fasteners for that; apparently they anticipate only installing to concrete or brick applications. One thing that would have been super helpful is to include a paper pattern for the drill holes to ease installation. As it was I had to position the posts and make marks and hope I didn't shift around. Also in terms of installation - the "sleeve" or "cuff" which obscures the bolts mounting the post to the surface - plan to have some masking tape to hold it out of your way while you tighten the fasteners.Other than that - it looks fine - seems sturdy enough (assuming you won't be climbing on it) and my dad appreciated it being put in on his steps.

Fits 3 step normal step rise well
I had tried another which only accommodated a 9" drop between 3 steps. This one however accomodate a "normal" 3 step rise of 7-8". It went together well, and installed quite easily, is sturdy too. I had a tight fit and the rail length went in the tight place on steps into the garage. Very happy and feel safe using it. Recommend it for 3 step situation, especially when a longer rail doesn't work. Suggest supplying both lag and cement bolts or give a choice. Had to purchase lag bolts as I installed on wooden steps.DV in Bend Oregon
