All good quality, only downside is the cover plates, they do not stay on so I have had to adapt some rubber grommets to hold the plates in place

easy to fit, although the one issue we had, was when we came to put the screw cover over, there is nothing to hold this in place, is doesn't screw in and nothing the grip it onto the bracket

Very sturdy/heavy handrail. All hardware was included and instructions were clear and readable. I, a non-carpeneter woman, installed on 3 steps against vinyl siding/garage wall and is used daily for disability assist for 9 months without issue. The issues I see posted baffle me as the rail was easy to place and affix. No hardware issues; no instruction issues. Yes, I needed tools, a power drill/screwdriver. Naturally, there may be unique settings and configurations that preclude what I would consider 'normal' installation and therein may be present an issue. The brackets are affixed to the rail....you attached the brackets to your mounting area. There is ample clearance between the bracket mount and rail for hand placement.

I liked how sturdy this product was, how secure my mom feels when going down the steps. The only thing it is a heavy piece, be mindful if your wall can support. No complaints worth it!

The handrail is very sturdy. The product is made of good quality. The only negative is there was no mounting instructions. Had to guess on the size of drill bit to use.
