Good solid unit for home machinist. Cut several 32 tooth gears, 11 mm dia, and found unit to be accurate, with a good, smooth operation. 3 jaw Chuck centered well. Fit and finish was very good.

It seems ok for the money but all the movements were very gritty, after machining they just assembled without any cleaning or deburring then filled it with junk grease and hoped no one would notice, typical of Chinese equipment.EDIT: after deburr cleaning and better lube, it seems of good quality. Runout on the chuck is.003 acceptable but I plan to make it better. Notice the picture of backplate, almost half the surface for mating to the spindle was untouched when machining it. I raised it one star that_ being generous.

For the price you can not beat this dividing head!!

originally i needed a new chuck for my lathe so while shopping i came across the dividing head. my chuck would have been over 1/2 cost of entire dividing head. secondly first day here it was put to work dividing! works great nice piece for my retirement shop

Seams well made. Used a few times for odd parts. So far pleased with it for the price
