This works like a champ, but it took a bit of tinkering to get it set up. It didn't come with any instructions, but seemed simple enough. I had the two modules swapped, though, which prevented the machine from being able to crimp the image to the button. I found a YouTube video or two that demonstrated it in action, and was able to figure out where my problem was. Once I had that worked out, it's great! So much fun!

Pretty easy to use, VERY sturdy and oddly beautiful. The instructions werent very clear, but after a quick Google search I learned how to use it.. Originally we were going to store it and take it out as needed for product creation but it's still on the desk because it looks so nice.

First... the packaging was a mess when I got it but the press was fine. I am sending it away as a gift and will have to repackage it... Second....it really does not come with instructions ...which I ignored the previous reviews because the product description does say it comes with a manual. It looked simple enough to figure out but I could not get it to work after watching a few videos and making adjustments.. I finally noticed that I had screwed down the handle too far and it was bumping into the nut of the stand and stopping it from pressing down completely. That was frustrating but when I fixed that everything worked beautifully. I don't recommend the cutter that comes with it. I am buying a different cutter and really scissors will work fine. I feel this button maker will last a long time. :-)

I expected this to work straight out of the box. It took over a week of calibration and usee up most of the badge parts that it came with, but now I have a working badge maker.Even though it caused such a headache, I cojld not give a bad rating as the seller was great, very helpful and replied quickly to help me solve the problem.Also, the one that arrived was gold and a different model to the red one pictured, but it works exactly the same.

Good quality for the price. I would prefer metal backs, but was not willing to pay twice the piece for my daughter to make pins as a hobby.
