This was a gift and the recipient is very pleased with the way it operates

I originally received a defective machine, but I spoke to customer service and I was shipped a new one within the same week. The customer service is very understanding and friendly, and helps to solve any problems. The machine itself works perfectly and is easy to assemble.

This product is very well made and easy to put together out of the box. The process to make the button is quite easy once you watch the video. Be aware that this product uses plastic backings. I attempted PiperV's review/hack to use metal backings but was unsuccessful. The pins with plastic backings come out perfectly, so no problem there. Their customer service is quick to respond to communications, and overall I had very good interactions with them.

The product came with quite a bit of scuffs and scratches, including this bit of almost glued-on foam on the handle. After cleaning everything and watching some assembly videos, I was able to get it together and working. The scuffs are on inner parts where they aren_ as noticeable, though I still feel that it should have come in better condition. Besides the appearance though, it works perfectly for me. I would recommend getting a circle puncher though, as the _ircle cutter that_ included is basically a plastic stick with a small blade on the end to rotate- AKA very cheap garbage.

The badge maker though heavy is very simple and easy to use , you do not to pull the leaver as hard as you may think as it does all the work for you I can make a badge in 15 seconds very simple and easy

Love this machine. Easy to use. Don_ need to apply pressure. Makes excellent badges so quickly.

The button machine is super easy to use, easy enough for a 6 yr old to handle

It's very good quality and my best friend loves the look of it. Now that this is said, we cant figure out how to use the darn thing. We set it up correctly and everything but it just isnt working properly. With more tweaking with it I'm sure we will figure it out.
