To start with the box arriving in two days on prime just as it described, first tick. On opening the box and looking at the quality of the packaging setup what was to come really well, second tick. Removing all the parts and ticking them off against the contents sheet 3rd tick, great instructions, real easy to follow (just don't jump ahead like I did as you'll only need to take it apart again). Passed a few pleasant hours building it which I really enjoyed tick 4. Then started to work on the leads etc, not so good but excellent video's on YouTube to help there. Only real problem I had was with the memory stick, it was blank with no software on it, again not a big problem, contacted seller and they supplied a link for me to get that from. comms from seller another tick for me. The overall build quality etc. has been excellent so far, laser took a little getting to work correctly, focusing depth of burn etc but works a treat, mill and engraving is superb, great free software on the net to help as the programs with it are quite basic but functional. to summarise, does just what it says on the tin. Great fun for a very reasonable price. 2 thumbs up
