This company absolutely sucks. Major problems with shipping. No actual customer service. Trash. Avoid at all costs. Tried calling several dozen times. They hung up on me without speaking to a representative every single time. Then I finally emailed them. Didn't help me at all. Then I used their "live help support" also didn't work. A trash gpt that lies about where the equipment is. Maybe potentially I'll receive the equipment I purchased. Then we'll find out. Until then this is an absolutely horrendous place to work with.

I bought this product to use for my plumbing business, I attempted to advance the camera down a 4" sewer main but the camera cable is too thin and flexible so I was only able to advance it roughly 30' on basically a straight run. When I contacted Vevor to return the item they asked me to provide a video or pictures to prove the issue and while using the camera for only the second time the light failed. I contacted Vevor once again about the new issue, they answered with a diagnostic video which I went through and found no issues. It has been over 3 weeks of correspondence with Vevor who continue to give me the run around, not fully reading my messages and sending the same diagnostic videos more than once. It seems like they are trying to avoid accepting the return and giving me a full refund. I don't believe the ratings on Vevor products are accurate or true, the quality is significantly less than advertised. If you're looking for a drain camera I advise DO NOT CHEAP OUT! You get what you pay for!

DO NOT BUY this item. The LOCATOR does not work at all first of all I had to call another plumber to come do the locate because this product is useless. Secondly the snake does not unravel or retract easily it’s nearly impossible to use. Lastly, this snake is impossible to push down a line because it’s so thin and can’t get any leverage to feed it down. I would highly advise choosing another product. VEVOR is also horrible with customer service and will not allow me to process a RETURN of this item that is essentially useless and is just taking up room in my garage. Just pay the extra money for the better camera snakes, this does not perform as they market online.

Absolutely terrible experience. The camera itself is mediocre at best, but the cable is complete garbage — it snapped the very first time I used it. The material feels cheap and brittle, almost like hard plastic, so it doesn’t bend properly and broke instantly when I tried to go through a simple 90-degree turn. The so-called warranty is a total joke. It took them nearly a week just to respond, and instead of replacing the defective product, they said they’d send me a part so I can repair it myself. Now I have to buy soldering equipment just to fix a brand-new item that broke on day one. This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve made. Cheap quality, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. Don’t waste your money on this drain camera.
