Wie es sich f_ einen Schraubstock der 6"- Klasse geh?rt, kann man ihn mit einer Hand nicht mehr tragen. Die Backenbreite betr?gt 160mm und die beiden Backen haben auch einen maximalen Abstand von 160mm. Die Spindel ist zwar recht einfach ausgef_rt, die Mutter aber sehr lang, ich denke das passt. Die Genauigkeit ist absolut ok, ich habe die Parallelit?t mit 0.005mm und die Rechtwinkligkeit der Backen mit 0.003 gemessen, wobei da allerdings auch die Messgenauigkeit meines Equipments erreicht ist. Unter Spannung macht die bewegliche Backe zwar etwas auf, aber das ist zu wenig um bem?ngelt werden zu k?nnen. Wenn man Material auf Parallelleisten spannt, kann man mit nur 1-2 Schl?gen die Leisten zum Blockieren bringen, auch das spricht f_ den Schraubstock. Der Guss ist ok, die Verarbeitung auch, lediglich die Auflage der beweglichen Backe wurde bei meinem Schraubstock nur recht grob geschliffen, im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Fl?chen. Ich habe noch nicht viel damit gefr?st, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr positiv. Ich habe ihn nicht hier sondern in der Bucht gekauft, der Preis war um die H?lfte geringer als der hier gefragte. Ob die hier angebotenen daf_ doppelt so gut sind? ;-)

F_ das Geld gibts einen guten Schraubstock ausreichend genau f_ Fr?sarbeiten .Einen Stern Abzug weil das gute St_k sehr Scharfkantig ankommt , man sollte in vor gebrauch unbedingt entgraten.

It's a fantastic vise, extremely well built, I was very impressed. I had to send mine back, though coz the weight is actually 75 pounds (34kg) vs the 33 pounds indicated in the website.

the product is good. It is exact parallelism.

The vise is fairly sturdy, the jaws are hardened steel and they stay parallel through the entire length of travel. I am using this on my WEN milling machine, and so far, it has stayed fastened tight to the table through several small jobs. The height of this vise does reduce my drilling capacity by a bit, so I have it on the end of my table instead of in the middle, so I still have room to use T-Slot Clamps in case I need it. The two things I wish this had was a good detente to lock the vise in the 90, 60, and 45 positions when I am rotating it about its base, and a flat edge for me to reference against the milling table. Other than that, very good for the money. Will continue using.

A beautiful vise and very reasonably priced. It is of higher quality than I am used to at this price. The bearing surfaces are tight against each other, yet run very smoothly. The clamping surfaces are emaculate and razor sharp. I have a smaller mill in Z and with its lower profile, I have had no problem fitting this on my mill bed with plenty of working volume to spare. Pleasantly surprised!

I almost wish I had gotten swivel base but would not use for over a year.Camera invisible line when jaws closed and the play when open is due to backlash on nut that goes away on closing.The 123 block test was edge grip with 0.002" precision shim holding one from falling and need to use force to bring in 0.001" shim on other side of vise as per picture. Clamping pressure consistent across 6".Bottom is well ground as well, top jaws are not detectable by finger so < 1 thou.Happy with purchase, wish rotating base was available separately.Manual is horribly translated, worst Google translate seen to date.
