For the price of this vise, I couldn't be happier with the build quality and accuracy. As a hobbyist machinist, I don't have experience with a more expensive vise, but this one fits my needs perfectly. Smooth movement, and excellent finish.

Not a $600 vise but is flat and square with plenty of holding power. Have milled over 100 parts in this vise with no issues. Plan to add another soon for longer parts.

La calidad est bien sin ser tampoco nada del otro mundo, tendr que ajustarla un poco en el recorrido para que el desplazamiento sea un poco m_ suave ya que roza ligeramente en las pesta?as de desplazamiento inferiores.Es peque?a, la distancia de agarre es de 80 x 68, pero es bastante robusta para ese tama?o y las garras tienen un cierre bueno y est_ bastante paralelas, adem_ de que son completamente lisas como corresponde a un morzada de fresar.Yo la he usado quitando el accesorio para girarla y se puede colocar perfectamente con los tornillos laterales,se ganan 23mm de altura, con lo que la altura desde la base queda en 68mm.Si tienes un taladro de columna grande o una fresadora un poco grande, recomendar_ el modelo superior, si tienes problemas de espacio como yo, est est bien.

The vice works very smoothly so far - much better than the one with the seized bearing and stripped threads that it is replacing.The instructions are hilarious.

I don_ write reviews and in fact this will be my first. But I felt that when a product performs as well as this little vise does for the price it was worth passing it on.

I like the vice, so far I have only used it on my drill press. It seems to be well made, good fit and finish on the vice. But I am disappointed with the handle - very rough casting - no finish work. Took me a few hours to clean it up.Keep in mind this vice is heavy and large. I use it on a 20-inch drill press. Might be too large for a smaller drill press.
