Ich habe mir den Maschinenschraubstock gekauft, da ich bereits Erfahrung mit der Qualität des zuvor gekauften 150 mm Rundtisches für meine BF 20 Fräsmaschine gemacht habe. Der Schraubstock wurde innerhalb 3 Tagen sehr gut verpackt geliefert. Nach dem auspacken ging es erstmal auf die Mess- u. Tuschier Platte mit einem Genauigkeitsgrad 00. Um es kurz zu machen, die Messergebnisse brachten an allen Messpunkten eine maximale Abweichung von 0,02 mm zutage, was für diese Preisklasse einfach hervorragend ist. Auch beim spannen eines Werkstück schiebt sich keine Backe hoch, alles bleibt parallel. Da macht das Fräsen doppelt Spaß wenn das bei raus kommt was man haben möchte.

ok so it's not the best available but that said you have to consider what you get for your money and that is a perfectly adequate tool for the home workshop. Needed a good clean before use and the odd bit of deburring but hey look at the price

What can I say ? Fantastic priced vice great quality, find another at this price delivered ! Quick delivery well packed, I'm tempted to buy the four inch one for my bigger milling machine.

...und präziser Schraubstock zum tollen Preis. Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch hinsichtlich der Qualität, aber bin echt positiv überrascht. Die backen schließen präzise und scheinen gehärtet zu sein -leichtgängige Spindel ohne Spiel. Auch schön groß und schwer. Natürlich gibt es "bessere" aber die kosten das viefache und wenn mann keine Profi-CNC nutzt, auch nicht weiter notwendig.

I bought this for my Grizzly G-0704 mill. I have one that I use on my round column mill/drill. The 5" vise is a much better size than a 6" vise on a smaller hobby-sized mill. They don't stick out in front of the mill and weigh much less than a 6".
