A collection of parts to be assembled myself

J'avais besoin d'une table solide pour travaux assez lourds (petit fraisage divers m_aux dont acier, reprise de serrurerie, m_anique auto etc.).Cette table en acier tr_ massive (28kg : il faut _re costaud ou _uip en manutention pour la mettre en place) correspond ce que l'on trouvait dans les ateliers de m_anique il y a cinquante ans, en tables enti_ement manuelles en m_anique de base (mais c'est une technologie extr_ement stable,k presque comme la visserie).La table est enti_ement r_lable (glissi_es) et d_ontable.Offre une pr_ision de l'ordre du 1/10mm (on peut interpoler et en ayant un bon montage descendre 2/100).Elle doit _re mont_ sur un plateau de perceuse-fraiseuse colonne ou _uivalent pour la rigidit n_essaire de l'outil.Si l'on veut travailler avec des outils haute vitesse, meulage ou petites fraises carbure et faible effort de coupe, il existe d'autres tables plus adapt_s y compris avec des r_lages num_iques, mais pour reprendre ou cr_r de petites pi_es d'acier (jusqu' 150 x 100 x 100 ou plus suivant les montages) c'est l'outil adapt

Nice little table, small and 10 m/m slots. Had a little problem finding correct clamping kit. Heavy and nicely made.

The overall quality is good, after you clean it up and adjust the gibs. Unfortunately, I needed something a lil more accurate and with more travel for the lower rails.

Solid little XY table for benchtop drill presses that can be made amazing with a bit of TLC. Just understand that it will need dissasembly and a little cleanup of paint in the ways and gib adjusment to get things nice and tight.

The table moves smoothly in both directions. A good cleaning or spray down with WD 40 type oil will loosen the heavy packing oil. Add a small vise and for less money you get a superior cross slide vise. Let the milling begin.

If you want a simple work table to use, especially for your drill press, this is a great table to consider and purchase. I found it to be accurate enough for what I am going to do with it. Is this something to use a professional machine shop and for cranking out a ton of parts? No -- but that should be apparent by the price point.The table requires some prep work once it arrives. This is what I did:1) Unwrapped and sprayed it down with brake cleaner to get all the nasty oil/grease off2) Disassembled the entire unit and sprayed it down again3) Took a wire brush to all the channels and guide areas to remove excess paint4) Sanded down the top deck to make sure it was truly flat5) Filed down all the spacers in the channel guides to remove any burrs6) Took a dremel with a sanding drum and knocked down all the edges7) Reassembled and greased the guides

Beefy. Good size too. Packaging needs improvement. Canada Post likes to throw things. Lots of holes in box and beat up but table looks ok. Will need cleaning up but I like it. Well worth the price.
