The build quality is good for the stated amount, however the device can't keep the temperature below 80-90 C. The first 30% of the heater potentiometer stroke literally doesn't give any heat, but the heater light is on. After the potentiometer is turned up more than 30%, I get a minimum temperature of 80-90 C. For this reason, it is impossible to set the temperature to a lower value and maintain it there, because the device can't do that. You literally have to turn the device on/off for a temperature lower than 80-90 C, which means the device is not working.

Affordable and good value. The magnetic stirring is strong, and heats up quickly. Love that the power cable is detachable

I still haven't used this heater/stirrer, but according to the looks, the quality is quite good. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone, but seems like quite a good product.

No complaints. Just a good heating mantle for the price. Bought together with the 32 piece lab set.

Works fine but mantle is a tad loose on a standard 500ml roundbottom flask, not great quality but for the price best you can buy

Simple and effective very good for the price. Have used it many times, I replaced the supplied stirrer with a more diamond shaped one which is more stable at a higher speed.

Used various mantles in my work but for the money seems a good product, time will tell on durability as only used twice. Magnetic stir bar that comes with it too small as does not rotate when on high speed. A minor issue as not the mantle, itself, just need a bigger bar for a 1000ml flask. Cheap enough to buy a larger one anyway.Would recommend, particularly for those starting out or on a budget such as myself.

The 1000 ml beaker barely fits in the mantle. Products working okay so far. Other than the All or nothing heating control. we will see what happens next
