Company worked well in solving problems with my press. The heat press is a great addition to my crafting!

They were excellent with helping me out with my issues. Very nice & helpful

lasted me almost 3 years before having to repair it. Problems heat pressing the images. Causing ink to smear.

I think someone did a google translate on the instructions cause they are missing some key descriptive words. However, once my frustration turned into experimentation, I was able to deduce that "empty space" meant that the middle (turnable) part should be turned so that the pegs block its contact with the topmost part.... that little bit of info almost got me to return the dang things... other than that it works fairly well. I wish it came with a better circle cutter, but I got a 1" holepunch from another company which made my work a breeze.. the holecutter that this comes with is junk, but that's not why I bought this model.

Total hit at my daughter_ Birthday Party! Both the kids and adults had a fun time designing their personal buttons!

Haven't used much but seems to work fine. The instructions were not that clear and I had to look up a video for proper installation and how to operate. Arrived quickly. No damage.

First off, excellent value! The entire machine plus materials for a thousand buttons for $100, that was an insta-buy for me. I purchased this as an artist looking to make inexpensive buttons of my artwork, and this has been phenomenal. It took me a few test tries to get it right, but once I did, wow! It did come disassembled, so some assembly is required, but fortunately it's quite easy, and the only tools required are Allen wrenches, which are included as well. Overall, love this product!!

Product works just as advertised. Have made hundreds of buttons within the first month of having it without any issues.
