I bought this heat press for my sister for Christmas. She got the using it today but it won't work, and also it was already put together. Which leads me to believe that someone shipped it back to you. So right now my sister has a heat press that doesn't work. And this thing's pretty heavy, I don't really want to send it back, I just want a new one that's never been out of the box, it's clear to see that this heat press is already been out of the box and put together, the styrofoam is all boogered up. But mostly it just does not function the way it's supposed to, so I am requesting a replacement as soon as possible. Alan

pas de sav SALUT j'ai vraiment était déçu par vos service et la qualité de vos appareils !!! par obligation j'ai re acheter une presse a chaud car celle que j'avais acheter il y a un peu plus d'un an donc plus garantie et le problème c est que vous êtes pas capable de fournir de la pièces de rechange ce qui est vraiment dommage avec un appareil récent !!!et le comble c'est quand vous avez envoyer la pièce pour remplacer la défectueuse après mainte et mainte réclamations et bien celle que vous nous avez fourni était aussi défectueuse (erreur 1)et après plusieurs mails sans réponse nous avons abandonner !!!! et j'espère que la neuve que nous avons acheter et je le répète par obligation ne tombera pas aussi en panne !! car impossible a réparer !! cordialement ps: je sais très bien qu' il n'y auras pas suite a mon mail car il y auras toujours qq qui achètera chez vous et qu une personne comme moi est une goutte d'eau parmi les millions d'autres potentiels acheteurs

Heat press did not perform as described. Purchased via vevor's website. Lots of issues with temperature and pressure not keeping both upon pressing. with problems like these it is difficult to do any job correctly, and customer service that is of a robot that continues to tell me they cannot accept the return and cannot issue a refund it is frankly astonishing how they do business. I am not returning Boxed up and ready to send back. Thank you

Disappointed display does not work properly and modifying time or temp takes multiple attempts

Locked up after only 5 uses and itvwont reset. The control head is locked on a really low setting that I can't do sublimation with. Only had it 3 days and did 5 pieces. What a waste of $$$, time and energy. Very disappointed.

don't buy this heat press quality is very poor. customer service is also very poor . if you get any damage product . they will not replace it .
