It is very solid and speed control is good and works well but maybe a little under powered if you press too hard cutting it does slow down on the outer edge of a 20cm bowl (8) but ok.

Fantastic piece of machinery for the price paid. This is ideal for those with a limited amount of work space. Highly recommended.

This wood lathe is great for people that are new to wood turning. It is very easy to use and is very powerful for its size.

Nicely designed and does what it says, smooth and quiet. I do a lot of woodturning on several big machines, and I'm impressed with this mini lathe. The M33 faceplate screw makes adding extras very simple.

Arrived safely and the recipient was very pleased. They had spent time researching the right one, as many came without the Chuck, which is included with this. Easy to set up and they are currently now in the process of making a bowl. They have many other projects lined up, which this will enable them to do. In the current climate, this has brought a smile to their face and brought out their creative side too. Excellent Customer Service from the seller, providing dispatch and delivery details.
