I have tried many of the home slicers over the years and they're all junk, then I decided to go to this; first, it came in a box that looked like it was through a disaster; the Styrofoam was in tiny pieces, the bolts and washers were loose in the box but the actual unit was OK.However once cleaned up and put together, awesome! This thing works great and best of all is very easy to clean. The blades are ridiculously sharp so some care is required. Recommended!

This unit is used in a mobile food kitchen. The unit cuts well and is easy to clean. The unit's four feet keep it from moving when using. The longer handle requires less downward force then other units we have used. This chopper is built for continuous food service use.
