Not very studier but holding up so far to daily commercial use.

Very happy with product

We use this for our QSR and it works great. I was skeptical from the mixed reviews but it has proven to be very efficient, easy to clean and 4mo later still super sharp. We use it for onions and tomatoes. We do half our onions before cutting, We have used e=several different slicers before but this one for sure has been the best. The serrated blade is worth it. We have not found the blades to bend or break like other reviews and we use this multiple times per day, every day.

Potatoes come out perfect for fries!!!

I used it maybe 10 times and the blades break, very poor quality. I do not recommend. I first blasts broke at first use. I am very sad

This product is nice but the blades keep breaking and I went through all of them, I only had this for 2months

This is commercial strength and is so useful in saving time.

This slicer comes with two blades, it took a while but we realized one blade is one size but add the second blade and it is a size smaller. We have used this for onions and potatoes so far. Pear season is coming up and we will use it for that as well. It is heavy, so storing on a waist-level shelf is good, but it really works great.

Very happy with my purchase especially because I really needed this.
