Exactly what was needed. Makes perfect ice and ice stays frozen in the box for a considerable time. Worth the price paid.

Needs a fresh water supply, relatively easy if near a sink, so you can add an isolating tee valve so as to supply the water. The adaptor supplied screws nicely onto a 15 mm isolating at the end of push fit plastic fittings and 15mm supply pipe, this must be supported by several 15 mm pipe clips, so the fittings do not move excessively.Just need to plumb in a simple drain to allow excess water to drain by gravity, ABS drainpipe works well.Cleaning cycle just requires lemon juice or vinegar added prior to use. Spare silicon plugs are for the water reservoir.Better value by far than my previous worktop model. Much more substantial, likely to last much longer.

The ice machine it’s just doing what supposed to, not very happy with the cubes size because I was expecting to be bigger in 15 min but still making a lot of ice for a home usage. If you want to buy it for a bar or something commercial for sure you need a bigger one.

Works like a charm. Been in use now over 6 months without any problems. Makes enough ice for about 40 cups when the tray is full.

One of the best buys I have I a long time, absolutely fantastic ice maker machine does exactly what it says on the advertising and a lot more very happy with this unit would recommend it to friends and businesses.

Very pleased with the machine. Small cubes, but . make cubes fast, and size can be adjusted. Nice if you need more cubes fast. Construction is simple, but works fine. Been going continuously now for 6-8 weeks without problems. Hoses are a bit on the tiny side compared to our last "brand" maker, which is of a sturdyer construction, has a steep price, and did not last as long as supposed to(bin cracked and leaked excess water). Can recommend this ice maker if your looking for a new one!
