Timon Azmier Poor install instructions and problematic hold down bolts

The install was very frustrating as I installed on agragrate concrete hitting the occasional re-bar requiring moving slightly.The instructions were not explained clearly, just pictures. The quality of the bolts and the toy wrenches were weak and problematic, I used a metric and imperial set of wrenches and sockets but neither fit the anchor bolts. Had to rely on my adjustable wrench.After the first one was installed I left the job and did some gardening. The next day the second one went together much better, minus the skinned knuckles. They look good and the wife is very pleased..and that's what counts.

The product was well packaged, it installed easily, it looks good and is stable. My only thought is the illustrated instructions should be easier to view. The ink was either faded or to light a color making it difficult to interpret. Also the instructions should include the drill hole size for the anchor bolts.

The hand rail was easy to install and well made. The only thing I_ not happy with it_ started rusting already the powder coating wasn_ the best quality.
