The office chair is exactly as it is described. It is comfortable. The only negative is that it was a little stressful having to put the chair together. Make sure that you have plenty of time and patience when assembling.

The box arrived a bit worse for wear, but all the contents were packed well and undamaged. Assembly was not difficult and took around fifteen minutes. The only thing I think that needs to be addressed is the arms of the chair. They were easy to attach but are a bit wobbly, I will address this issue with a couple of washers on the bolts that attach the arms. The chair is not overly padded and is firm, for me that is not a bad thing as I don't care for overly padded chairs. The chair raises and lowers, swivels and reclines and the construction is sturdy, except for the issue with the arms. The chair also has adjustable lumbar support and I like this feature.

I have observed my husband's usage of office chairs, and they don't last long enough for him. He likes to 'recline' in them, which strains the structure to the point that it doesn't take long for them to give out under the stress. We've gone through at least 3 high-back office chairs in the 9 years we've been married. I've been observing his usage... and needed a chair that would recline, had a footrest, and was for big and tall men, his being 300 pounds. We found it in this chair. He was able to assemble it with very little trouble, other than he said that he wished the instructions to assemble were a little more clear, but everything lined up, the wheel base is heavy steel, the adjustment mechanisms are solid, they line up with the holes for the screws, with little effort to have to fight to get them to line up. He's been using it for several hours now, and he keeps repeating 'I LOVE this chair!' Very comfortable for his frame, and good support in all the right places. That's what I wanted to hear.

Received package in good condition. NO paper work, warranty info, etc., Only simple diagram for assembly.Other customers complained about the arms: loose, etc. It took me awhile to get the bolts lined up & threaded correctly for the arms. Difficult to tighten bolts to the maximum, so "loose" arms? I was finally successful after numerous attempts. I believe this problem could be easily solved with longer bolts. Padding on arms not firmly attached to arms themselves; only attached by stitching. I would think they would be glued, etc., to arms Otherwise, chair seems o.k. Leg rest seems flimsy but it works..(so far).

I just love this chair, its had not to fall asleep in it, very comfortable.

Came a little defective and i got a 20% discount but the product is good. Not all the cushion I would have liked but overall works.Materials are good..only thing that I would fix is that the leg support doesn't have a top when extended and comes out of the guides...Sturdy...reclines like a bed...soft pad for your neck.

Chair is very comfortable. It's so comfortable my other son dumped his chair and bought himself one.
