I bought 42” tile cutter but cut not straight. But customer service doesn’t want to solve my problem , they want to proof from me not to check themselves. That means I need to record some videos and take some pictures and send to them. Don’t buy from them. Waste of money and time and labor…

Ordered this cutter almost 2 months ago came immediately all busted up during shipping. Needed ot right away had to go and rent one to do the job. Was told not to return it and they would send replacement parts. Still waiting for the parts . I would never order one of these tile cutters ever again !!!!! Unacceptable. Whether it is Vevor or the manufacturer I would never order another one !!!

Advertised to cut 6mm porcelain but this tile is too thin to position the wheel properly. 7 mm tile will also not work with this machine.
