It works as advertised, no issues with set up. Got it to replace a broken leg.

I've had the same nice computer chair for the last decade or so and it was starting to get wobbly. Unfortunately, the entire bottom was kind of riveted/pressed together in a way that it could not be disassembled so replacing entire base was necessary. This more or less bolted right on and saved my old chair. I wish there was a silver option (my chair has metal accents and the old base was bare metal) but this works fine.Do not pay for assembly. The unit ships flat but snaps together without tools. The only items you will need a tool for is screwing the base to your chair.

Thought I was going to have to trash an office chair that I really like because the piston broke. This replacement fit perfectly and was very easy to install. Got my old chair sitting pretty!

Easy to assemble and it was what wanted

Mophorn chair base.Installed 4 bases, 1 from an earlier shipment and 3 that arrived today. 2 of the bases failed. The did not go up or down, after trying for 2 hours. I tried a just and mortified the control arm. I don't understand why. I am going to keep them nd order 2 more to replace what I did.ThanksBill Wester I

Good customer service

This chair base is very well made. I have not been able to get it attached to my chair as yet because I have to have new holes drilled in the seat of the chair. Also, no washers or screws came with it.
