Fast and easy to clean

Disappointed that it has a EU 2 pin plug with a earth socket. Also the plug was damaged. Had to replace it before use.Not sure about guarantee?

I bought this grill around 3 months ago and it's fantastic wouldn't be without it ,it was delivered quickly ,,I've bought a few this from this vevor and so far I'm extremely pleased

so far....so good...just keep in mind that the temperature control is in Celcius! didn't know that and wanted to do a grilled cheese sandwich (normally setting about 350 degrees) and couldn't figure out why the temperature control "only" went to 300 after checking on how the sandwich was coming along by taking a peek and lifting up the top...my top slice was stuck/glued to the top! and burnt!! not a good way to start a new machineI then realized dahhhh maybe it's in Celcius so turned off the unit/let it cool down...sprayed the top/bottom with spray oil and tried again, setting the control at 180 (maybe approx 350)much better!word to the wise :)

Fast and easy to clean

This griddle is just fantastic for the price,I have used it every day over the last couple of weeks and I'm very impressed.Also fast delivery and very well packed for shopping.

We needed a double grill for our small deli kitchen that doesn't need a 240volt plug, and this was the perfect candidate! Their customer service was prompt and great when we needed them just 3 months later. A replacement was on its way right away, and it will be great until we can get our 240volt plug installed!

Excellent quality and easy to use., the only thing is that it comes with a 2 pin plug, so I have to use an adapter, apart from that very pleased
