I bought the 400Kg version. It seems reasonably well made and works well. A few niggles ...1) the power cable is ridiculously short (~1m). It has a moulded non UK plug with a UK adapter. No earth.2) it is very heavy, clunky and noisey3) the supplied hook was OTT for my application - I had to bodge another4) the brackets seem too small to use on a substantial support (I used a 2x2 aluminium box girder)

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme mit der Endabschaltung, die sich verhakt hatte. Das Problem konnte ich dann selbst l?sen. Der Kundenservice, den ich kontaktierte reagierte sehr schnell und freundlich und bot sofort an, ein neues Ger?t zuzusenden. Das war aber dann nicht notwendig.

I do not like the very short power cord and I would like to have a remote.I am using it to haul heavy boxes up to my attic for storage
