Good customer service
Been using this very light use for less than a week. Now stopped working all together and as we bought it before we actually needed it we cant send it back. Avoid. Spend a bit more and buy a decent brand

Great value
Bought for a loft conversion and was used to lift materials including steels over 200kg each to roof hight. Only negative was it is not ip rated waterproof ( though easy to take down when not in use) but hey, for the money its a great deal and finished the job.

Control lead too short.
All good apart from control lead way too short, could do with another meter in length at least.

Decent little unit
Does exactly what it says on the tin. A bit fast on single wire use, much better with the additional pulley. Plenty of length on the wire. Shame the wireless remote option wasn't in stock. The remote cable is short. Like super short. So is the plug on it. Unless you're planning to use an extension lead and only use this hoist when you're stood right by it, you'll have to extend these. Personally I like to stand by the load as I lift it. For the price it's a great little winch though. Too early to comment on its long term durability mind. So far I'd buy another one, if I needed one.

I have a workshop at my house 6.5M X 9M. I floored the attic of the workshop to store some stock and material. As the walls were taken up with work benches and material racks etc. my access to the attic was via a ladder in front of the entrance doors. Taken up and down material was difficult at times. I decided to make a full spec stairs as you would have in any house. I then looked up hoists with my local Screwfix store where I get quite a bit of material. I accidently came across VEVOR on the web who I never had heard of before they had a hoist that looked exactly the same. I purchased a 1000 Kg. hoist for less than the price of a 250 Kg hoist from Screwfix. As I had never heard of VEVOR before I was very wary of the value for money I was getting. After a few days I received my hoist weight 31 Kg. no delivery charge I went for the 1000Kg hoist I can take it on to building sites rig it up on the scaffolding. My back will thank me a lot for purchasing this piece of equipment.

Mr
Great winch which raised 8 roof tiles in a basket up 2 storeys from ground and after unloading/loading dropped the old tiles down Saved a lot of ladder work Plug lead is a bit short and a note to remove plastic covering over the winch wire would be helpful
