It is perfect for the price, but the control for adjusting the heating requires some learning. Therefore 4/5. I will be taking some temp measurements and using a marker to mark 50C, 75C, 100C.. etc around the potentiometer.

Easy to clean. +Made of durable materials, enamelled metal parts. +Suitable and durable sensitive knobs for stirring and heating. +Fuse connected to the switch. +Heavy and thus stable. I use it in my fume hood daily. Meets all my needs. Really recommended!! Just a little advice: Buy a few more extra magnetic rods in different sizes, as the one that came with it is perfectly fine, but easy to lose. The heater/stirrer is excellent. Tested with sulfuric acid. Small drop fell on the surface, stained but not damaged. Recommend!

Really good heater, I tested it for several hours heating up sulfuric acid, temperature regulation is good, but needs to be measured by an external source. In any way, recommendations!

It Is great if you need it for a little budget lab. Be careful with the surface of the plate beacose it is made from aluminium so it can be easily corded.

Solid and moderately heavy, steady working. We use it for watch parts finishing - plating, anodizing. Rust removal in citric acid goes faster with stirrer. Broken screw / broken tap etching in citric acid with stirrer works well too.

Einen Stern ziehe ich wegen des mindetens unangenehmen Geruchs der Kabelisolierung ab. Ansonsten funktioniert das Gerät tadellos und ist robust und reparierbar gestaltet. Dass zur Einstellung der richtigen Wärmezufuhr Fingerspitzengefühl notwendig ist, hatte ich erwartet: Temperaturzufuhr erfolgt über die manuell regelbare Platte (Regelung der Heizleistung). Wenn man in einer Umgebung mit konstanten thermischen Verhältnissen arbeitet, ist das in Ordnung. Rühren funktioniert auch über längere Zeiträume tadellos.
