This has been a great investment. I have friends and family that need the little boost to help them step up or down

Have installed a lot of these for elderly folks. They like them for sturdiness and value.

Loved everything about this except the color. I need to paint it black. Why wouldn_ the manufacturer make it a standard black instead of a dark gray. Our community is very strict about details and to passcode it has to be black.

Installed for elderly father in law. It is very sturdy but it depends on the condition of the concrete it is mounted to. It needs some sort of finish cap to convert the bolts. I used appliance touch up paint to paint the washers and bolt heads. Much cheaper than commercial installation.

Handrail itself is fine. You will have to paint it if you don't want gray. Instructions are poor. If you are going into concrete you will need proper drill and bit. No size for bit included and if you think your going to screw these in with a manual wrench.....good luck.

Not a cheap fake hand rail . Solid iron .very easy to install with electric drill and 10mm bit I am awaitig second one.

I was initially really impressed with this product, easy to fix , good quality and worked exactly how I wanted it to, however having had it installed a couple of months there are signs it is rusting on the bottom where water stands on it. This will be a real problem in coming months And I would welcome the company thoughts on this.

They are poorly constructed The bottom connection is loose. I had to jam a piece of metal under the bottom plate to keep it from wiggling.
