Nice soft ice!
Love this machine! It’s much bigger than I anticipated but it’s quick and effortless and mostly soft like snow. A commercial machine is probably softer but this One is better than other options on market. . I also tried to crush ice in a vitamix and it wasn’t as soft as this machine. Video shows the difference in ice. Vitamix Ice in the plate.

Best Machine!!
We bought this for neighborhood events and it’s perfect! Easy to use and effective. It kept up for 4-5 hours of crushing ice for sno-cones. The best part is the ice is literally shaved, no big chunks left like some sno-cone machines. Also good for just the family. Definitely a good buy!

The first machine arrived damaged in a perfect box. After some emails, disassembly of machine, and pictures the company sent me a new machine. Works good for making snow cones for the fam. Don't kid yourselves, this is not a high quality machine but is a good value in my opinion.
